Whether you're a new or expecting parent, raising a toddler or preteen, come learn, share and grow alongside other like-minded moms and dads who share similar challenges and questions about parenting.

Weekly discussions include these topics, but are flexible:

● Discover your child's core temperament to better support and understand their underlying thoughts, feelings and behavior, in a variety of situations and environments.
● Recognize the signs, or red flags, that can help to prevent unnecessary conflicts with your child.
● Explore behaviors that "trigger" you to yell or overreact. Respond calmly, more effectively.
● Positive discipline. Teaching children socially acceptable behavior and natural consequences.
● Become aware of your child's social/emotional needs at each stage of growth and development.
● Learn to speak so your kids will listen and respond so your kids will cooperate willingly.
● Clarify your rules and expectations. Instill values and life skills by practicing your principles.
● Set healthy limits & boundaries that make sense for your family. Build trust and resilience.
● Sibling rivalry is NOT inevitable. Learn ways to nurture mutually respectful, caring relationships.
